Kisi 40%; Mtsvane 25%; Khikhvi 20%; Rkatsiteli 15%. 9 Bunches is a wine blended from four varietal wines. These four varietal wines are of exactly the same vinification procedures and are prepared for blending in exactly the same way. A blend of Georgia’s 4 great white varieties bringing their differences together into one impressive expression of the terroir they are growing at. This blend has a color of bright golden-straw with obvious green tinge. Aromas of citrus and tropics paring with noticeable Quince and white Mulberry, while the taste is rich and intensive with white Plums and wild Peach ending with pure, crispy and live aftertaste.
Georgian Sun produces fine natural wine with grapes grown on the Vazisubani Estate, located in the sun-drenched region of Kakheti. Winemaker Lado Uzunashvili teamed up with businessmen Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze to restore the Vazisubani Estate, and present Georgian Sun wines as an innovative extension of the brand, intended for exporting internationally.
At an altitude of 500 meters above sea level, Vazisubani lies south of the Alazani River, in the fertile valley before the northern foothills of the Gombori Range. The 35 hectares are dedicated to Kahkuri Mtsvane, Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Khikhvi, and Kisi grapes.
