Product detailed description
100% Krakhuna, appellation – Chiatura. High quality crop is mainly a result of variation of optimal temperatures. In Imereti, the grape varieties tend to be characterized by late ripening, which leads to grapes having higher levels of acidity, being typical for the wine of Imeretian type. It is typical for Krakhuna grape that the levels of sugar and acidity are essentially balanced and the temperature differences give it complex and additional terroir flavors, what tastes outstanding in wine.
Nose - With well-pronounced pear and yellow apple tones, the aroma of boiled pears is also slightly felt.
Palate – well balanced - harmonious taste, with medium acidity, round end and a distinctive taste. Ideally matching the varieties of meats and cheese.
