The wine is made from a unique variety of "Ojaleshi" grapes and is characterized by special flavors. The wine is produced using Chacha technology (100% chacha) for 1 month and then aged in a Qvevri.
Flavors: raspberry, blackberry, cherry. Best paired with: fried meat (pork, beef, poultry, fish), desserts
