Product detailed description
The wine is made from the endemic grape variety "Otskhanuri Sapere". This variety is common only in Imereti and however, characterized by low levels of yield, therefore it is rare and unique. The wine is produced using Chacha technology (100% chacha) for 1 month and then aged in a Qvevri.
Flavors: sour cherry, pomegranate flower; Best paired with: fried meat (pork, beef, poultry, fish).
