Made from the famous Saperavi grape, this deep recolored wine is characterized by black cherries and dark chocolate with a sprinkle of vanilla and spice. Juicy ripe cherries dominate the initial palate. Touch of vanilla, oak and smoky notes perfectly blend with the dense, oily structure of the wine, while firm and well-shaped tannin round it up. Food pairings: Grilled and smoked meat, cheese plate.
