100% Saperavi aged in barrique. Coming from exceptionally dry summer of 2017, this full-bodied, tannic Saperavi is rich on flavor and palate. Straightforward and bold with dominating red fruits. Notes: Ripe red berries, Blackcurrant, Licorice, Black pepper. Ideally matching with Red meat (Lamb chops, veal, beef steak), aged and goat cheese.
