Saperavi-Usakhelouri grapes. Another rare blend in which East and West Georgia meet each other. Aged in qvevri and barrique this wine is a deviation from monovarietal Saperavi and a step into the lesser-known terrain. Balanced tannins, cherry and black currant notes and rich finish. Goes well with Red meat (Lamb chops, veal, beef steak), aged and goat cheese, Georgian dishes of robust taste and aromas.
